Angry Bird has had the world gripped in its claws for so long now that we can't even remember a time when the theme tune wasn't stuck in our head, and we weren't constantly thinking of a way to get three stars on level 4-2.

And, for the 3 or 4 minutes a day we do manage to clear Angry Birds from our mind, someone bakes a cake, or an indie pop band re-record the theme, or a spoof movie trailer is created.

We can't escape. We're stuck just like the tropical birds on Angry Birds Rio. (Even our metaphors are Angry Birds themed).

The latest madness in the world of Angry Birds is this real-life replica of the game, complete with a live band playing the theme tune, a man launching birds from a crane, and exploding pigs.

It's just like the Angry Birds dream that haunts us night after night, after night, after night, after night.......
