Yet another speaker system for your iPod, you'll say, but this one's worth another look.
Altec Lansing's latest inMotion speaker, the iM500, is designed for the iPod nano, incorporating the same slim build, and folding to just 8.5" wide, 0.7" deep, and 5" high.
It features two full-range drivers, plus bass-enhancement technology, and is entirely portable thanks to it's ability to run on mains power or battery power.
The nano slips into a little docking station that charges it, but the device also features an input jack for connection other DAPs, PCs and CD/DVD players.
Included in the package for $129 is a protective carry pouch and the cable adaptor to hook up other players to it.
