Trip Planner beta has been available for 9 months; now Yahoo has released the full version.

The site integrates Flickr and Maps so that users can plan trips and share them with their friends and family.

The full version adds the ability to keep and share journals, as well as view a map that has been tagged by other travellers.

Yahoo searches have also been integrated, making it easier to look up information and add it to your trip planner blog.

And thanks to Flickr compatibility, users can simply bring up a window of their picture stream and drag and drop to illustrate trips.

The social site encourages travelers to share information by commenting on publicly-posted itineraries to share tips and travel secrets.
