Virgin media is offering a deal which will bring some £5 Sim-only action to existing customers who want to keep their current handset and phone number, but still benefit from some very competitive text and talk bundles.

Available until 31 March, the deal offers 3000 texts and a pretty decent talk package to all Virgin Media customers, who already take landline, broadband or TV services with the company.

If you're a non-Virgin Media customer you can get the deal for £10 a month with the exception of the so-called unlimited (actually limited to 3000) Virgin-to-Virgin calls.

The deal will give you 3000 minutes Virgin Media to Virgin Media calls - offering existing customers the added bonus of calls to other Virgin mobiles, as well as 100 minutes to any network at any time. Whilst the contract is of the 30-day rolling variety - so no long ties.
