Here's another device to compete with Slingbox and LocationFree

Remote TV viewing is becoming all the rage. First there was the Slingbox, then there was Sony's LocationFree. Now there's Hava.

Like the other two devices, Hava from Snappy Multimedia lets you watch videos or your TV anywhere via an internet connection. However, Hava also includes a wireless transmitter so that you can wander around your house with your notebook and watch TV from anywhere on your network.

It uses high-compression MPEG2, and optionally MPEG4 to for the best possible video quality.

It also won't hog your bandwidth, as Hava's VBooster technology leaves your existing 802.11a/g network intact.

Hava is available for $249 here

Hava is compatible with Windows XP, but sadly, not with Mac OS.
