Ever wondered how they film the Sky 3D sporting events?

Well, wonder no longer as Sky has produced this video with gives a good overview as to how it all works.

On Thursday, Sky finally confirmed some figures for its 3D TV service revealing that 70,000 homes have signed up for the new platform.

Sky 3D is available for free to Sky HD subscribers provided that you've got a 3D telly-box to watch it on.
