LG has used its Facebook page to post some official pics of its next Android handset - the LG Optimus Me P350.

The P350 is described as "compact, glossy, colourful, powerful and reasonable" - so it looks like being a teen friendly budget device.

Fone Arena has it listed as an Android 2.2 machine, with a 3-megapixel camera, GPS, Wi-Fi, and a 320x480 display (no screen size stated).

Could it be that the P350 is the official moniker for the rumoured LG Pecan, which is being talked up in Korea as an NFC packing handset?

Could well be, but we'll have to wait until February and MWC to find out for sure.
