LG has gone all out with its 2011 lineup of Blu-ray Players and Blu-ray Home Theater Systems at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

And the theme this year is networking in order to make all your digital photos, videos and music easily accessible.

The full line-up consists of six new Network Blu-ray Players, featuring 3D capability, advanced content options, wireless technology and excellent picture quality; along with four new Network Blu-ray Home Theatre Systems as we well.

One of the new advanced options is the LG SmartTV, which provides consumers with a simple-to-use interface and allows access to thousands of movies, customizable apps and videos. For convenient navigation consumers can download a free app for iPhone and Android-based smart phones to control the unit.

On the  Blue-ray player front, leading the line-up is LG's BD690 3D-capable Network Blu-ray Disc player with LG SmartTV and an integrated 250GB hard drive. The others are variants on the same theme, in the form of the BD670, BD650, BD640, BD630 and BP630 - of which the 670 and 650 are DLNA ready and 3D-enabled, whilst the 640 gets Wi-Fi and BD630 access to NetFlix, Vudu, CinemaNow and YouTube  - the BP630 is a basic device, however does get the headline of LG's first "portable model".

Coming to the home theatre systems the LG flagship model is the LHB976 – a Full HD 1080p 3D-enabled Network Blu-ray Home Theater System featuring LG SmartTV, 1100 watts of output power to 5.1 channels and wireless speakers.  It also includes, built-in Wi-Fi capability, iPod/iPhone cradle, MusicID and DLNA.

The LHB536, LHB336 and LHB326 round off the new range and all are 5.1 systems with 1100 watts output; with the exception of the LHB326 all the devices are 3D-enabled.

There are no price or dates for the release of these new LG TVs, we'll bring you the news as soon as we get it.
