E-retailer GameGears has opened a registration page for the hugely anticipated Nintendo 3DS, with a launch date of 18 March mentioned, as well as an RRP of £199.99 (which it has shaved £5 off of).
We recently told you about the "Save the Date" that was floating around from Nintendo that was followed by a specific invitation to a 3DS preview event in Amsterdam on 19 January.
This date had given us hope that we could be seeing a February launch here in Europe - Japan has a date of 26 February touted for it, but it looks as if we might have to wait a little longer.
The price-tag for the 3DS is reported to be around 25,000 yen in Japan, which is about £189 - so the £199.99 price-tag mentioned by GameGears means that we haven't been hit too hard in terms of the exchange rate.
Meanwhile, a list of 3DS launch titles has been uncovered, which will all be on show at the Nintendo World event in Tokyo in January.
This list includes some pretty heavyweight games including; Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater 3D, Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Ridge Racer 3D, Resident Evil Revelations, Paper Mario, Kid Icarus: Uprising and Street Fighter IV 3D.
Pocket-lint will be on hand at the Europe preview event on 19 January - so stick around for all the 3DS news and analysis.
