This is a call to arms. Sort of...

www.lamebook.com has been around for while, but not for much longer it would seem.

The site collates the best/worst* of Facebook - *delete as appropriate depending on a.) your sense of humour, or b) whether or not your Facebook entries regularly appear here. It delves into the darker underbelly of the world's favourite social network and unearths some truly astonishing correspondence.

But, inevitably, the Big Guy has now set its lawyers on the underdog and Lamebook are asking for donations to their legal fund to help fight the good fight against an epic corporate sense of humour failure.

We're not telling you to donate, but you should definitely spend some time flicking through the content here - it's perfect Friday fodder for one thing.

You used to be able follow updates on Facebook (that's the legal issue it would seem) but now you can't. Twitter can see the funny side though....
