Sling Media has teased its latest app, bringing SlingPlayer Mobile to the iPad.

As you'd expect with Sling, you get full control of your set-top box from your iPad, including live streaming, access to your PVR, all the play controls and control settings like aspect ratio manipulation.

There's also a shiny new programme guide and nifty swiping for channel changing.

Sling Media is expected to open up registrations for the iPad version soon on Slingbox.com. The app will probably cost around £20 and, of course, you'll need a Slingbox in place too, to get it all working.
