Pure i-20 iPhone dock streams music and video

Pure has announced a new iPod/iPhone dock, called the Pure i-20, that allows users to integrate their digital music and more handily their video collection into their hi-fi or AV system.

Costing £74.99, Pure’s i-20 dock will let users connect to a hi-fi system or radio using digital or analogue outputs, allowing them to quickly share their music with a more beefier system than just a regular iPod speaker system, claims Pure.

Pure claims the i-20 is the only digital iPod dock available that supports all popular analogue video formats (component, S-Video and composite).

When connected via the analogue output, the i-20’s DAC (Digital to Analogue Converter) should make things sound better. i-20 also includes video outputs to allow users to view videos stored on their iPhone or iPod on their TV.

It’s available now.
