If you're in the market for a new telly, there's the Samsung LE32C450 on sale over at ebay for £249.99.

The 32-inch LCD HD ready (resolution 1366 x 768) gets some decent specs for the price and should make for a nice affordable option if you're looking to upgrade from your old CRT.

Connectivity-wise you'll ge the usual Scart socket as well as 3x HDMI and a USB port, whilst Samsung's Anynet+ gives you one-touch control over any other Samsung audio or video devices you have connected.

There's also a tech that Samsung calls its Wide Colour Enhancer which, "saturates each pixel until it achieves the true colour and luminescence intended by nature. So every colour on the RGB spectrum is brought to life".
