Survey shows HD TVs are the latest status symbol

ViewSonic poll gives insight into British views on home entertainment technology

According to a survey by Viewsonic, TVs are as much a status symbol as luxury designer goods are, and are the number 1 must-have technology.

Over 2300 consumers in the UK, over 1600 in France, and over 1000 in Germany were interviewed for the ViewSonic Appliance Reliance Report.
