Samsung Galaxy Tab: Register your interest today

Keep your eyes peeled to Vodafone's online store because Pocket-lint has heard word from the network that pre-registration for the 7-inch iPad botherer - the Samsung Galaxy Tab - will go live on the site soon.

In case you missed all of the commotion following the official IFA launch of the tablet come phone, the SamTab (as we're calling it, in the hope that it catches on) is an Android 2.2, 7-inch tablet, with full browsing on board, including Flash, and it's also a massive phone.

Check out the news launch post for all the technical specs.

Also, be sure to have a butchers at our first hands on look photos of the Tab at IFA.

And, whilst you're at it - why not see how the SamTab (you with us yet?) measures up to its rivals, including the iPad and Toshiba's new Folio 100.

What do you guys think about Samsung's latest toy? Are you as excited as we are? Or has Apple already conquered the tablet market? Give us your thoughts below.
