Official press shots have leaked out of the T-Mobile G2, or to readers outside of the US, the HTC Desire Z.
The images found by cellphonesignal.com, as well as found on the T-Mobile server, show the yet unannounced handset in all its glory, although very small.
According to the leaked specs the new phone looks to come in just silver and feature an Android OS with HTC Sense, a 3.7-inch Active Matrix OLED display, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Landscape slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 5MP camera with autofocus, 3G HSPA+ connectivity, WiFi + Hotspot capabilities, and AGPS along with Bluetooth 2.1 + Enhanced Data Rate.
No word as yet as to when the handset will be officially announced, however with a 15 September launch event planned by HTC in London, we would expect to not have to wait too long before we find out when the T-Mobile G2 (aka HTC Desire Z) will be available.
We will keep you posted.
