ViewSonic has put the feelers out ahead of IFA next month by giving the assembled hacks the heads up to what it will be showing off at the massive tech expo.
And amongst all-in-one PCs (VMP74), HD media streamers (VEB625) and LED monitors (VX2450-LED) will be the most interesting ViewSonic launch - two brand spanking new tablets.
The first tablet is a 7-inch model, called the ViewPad 7, which is an Android based machine with 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS all on board as well as front and back facing cameras. The ViewPad 7 also has USB connectivity and a microSD slot.
The next model is the extremely intriguing Intel based 10-inch tablet (no confirmed name yet, but we'd hazard a guess at the ViewPad 10) which will not only offer the Android OS, it will have a Microsoft boot option as well.
There's no more details at present, but potentially Windows and Android both on the same device? Did someone say "iPad killer"?
Stay tuned to Pocket-lint during IFA where we'll be bringing you all the news as it happens live from the event.
