Brighten up you data storage with the Lego USB drive

USB memory cards can be so boring sometimes

USB memory cards can be so boring sometimes. A grey bit of plastic, maybe even a light to show you what is happening.

Well one enterprising Lego fan has posted pictures and instructions on the web of how to turn a humble Lego brick into a lean mean data storage machine.

From the instructions is looks like just a case mod, still we here at Pocket-lint want one.

The catch, looks like you're going to have to get the hacksaw and the sand paper out, as they currently aren't for sale.

The best tip of all however is the colour of brick, while we here at Pocket-lint seem quiet partial to Green. The sites author recommends yellow "had to be yellow or red!.. out of the traditional lego colours but decided yellow looked cooler.."
