Pocket-lint's guessing that this new cycling auction site might be getting a bit busy in the next few days. We reckon there’s at least one famous Texan who has finally hung up his carbon fibre spurs and maybe, just maybe, he’s got some gear to get rid of.
Yep, Lance Armstrong’s Tour de France wasn’t the swansong he and his army of fans had hoped for, so he might want to take note.
Going Going Bike is the newest, and arguably already the best place to buy and sell your biking gear.
Some of the other auction sites have become riddled with fakes, ringers, thieves and out and out conmen in recent years, but this site is setting out to be a place you can trust.
Each bike on sale has to be verified using its frame number, so you’ve already got some protection when buying. And, this being a new online community for cyclists, they want to hear from you if you’ve got ideas on how to make using their site even safer.
Getting on your bike for less was never so reassuring.
