What have we done? News is coming in that Justin Bieber's music video for "Baby" is the most-watched video ever on YouTube.

Eek.

The 16-year-old pop star's video passed Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" video to take the all-time lead with more than 246,990,912 million views of Bieber strutting his stuff.

"what is goin on with the BABY video on youtube is crazy...i started on youtube so the support...well i just need to say thank u", Bieber said on Twitter.

In second place is Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" (below) so you can try and help her regain the lead by clicking play a couple of times.

Worryingly, Bieber is over 900,000 views ahead.
