If you thought Robert Green’s butter fingers were embarrassing, this is the moment when ITV decided to switch their HD coverage – that’ll be the coverage they’ve been pushing quite heavily – to some random adverts. Just when England took the lead against the USA.

You had to laugh. If you were watching in standard definition anyway…
