MySpace is to sell episodes of "24" staring Keifer Sutherland in a move to turn the social networking site into business rivaling Yahoo! or iTunes according to the Wall Street Journal.
Now owned by News Corp, MySpace, one of the fastest-growing web sites currently on the internet, will begin selling episodes of the show "24" for $1.99 each from seasons one and five, the report said.
Two free episodes of the show will also be available, sponsored by Burger King, according to the Journal to kick things off.
The news comes just one week after News Corp who also owns Fox announced that episodes of the show and other popular sitcoms would be available for the same price on Apple's iTunes service.
