Plantronics has released a Bluetooth headset that is designed for ease of use for new headset users. The Explorer 395 features three simple buttons, for less confusion, a compact design and a high-quality audio performance.
The three buttons will perform all the basic tasks needed of a Bluetooth headset. One turns the headset on and off, one answers and end calls and one adjusts the volume.
“Consumers buying their first Bluetooth headset are most concerned with usability", said Stuart Bradshaw, marketing manager at Plantronics. "Product set up and basic operations, such as placing and receiving phone calls, must be intuitive. The Explorer 395 achieves this and goes a step further by combining simplicity with great audio quality, reliability and attractive styling”.
The headset features DSP technology so calls are clearer because noise, echoes and wind distortion are all reduced. The Explorer 365 only weighs 11g and there's 5 hours talk-time or a week of standby time given by its battery. A car charging kit is included when you buy.
It's £29.99 and, amongst other places, you can get it at the Carphone Warehouse from the end of this month.
