LG has announced that its latest Viewty handset, the LG Viewty GT (GT405) will be sold exclusively by 3.

Featuring a 3-inch resistive touchscreen and a 5-megapixel camera, the GT405 is a cheap little handset that will appeal to users looking to get the most out of its camera features.

There's pre-installed photo editing software that will allow you to trim, resize and play around with the colours. There's also the LG Muvee Studio, which lets you create slideshows of your favourite pictures.

It's 3G enabled and the desktop can be customised with an array of widgets. There's also an MP3 player and radio built in and LG promises 200 minutes of talk time.

For £15 a month on 3 you'll get the phone for nowt. If you were looking at the pay-as-you-go option the phone will be £119.

Paul Trueman, marketing director at LG, said: "The Viewty GT is a great mobile that allows you to take pictures on the move and the handy photo editor makes it a perfect device for the enthusiastic photographers out there. Better yet, the stylish handset is feature-packed but comes at a price that won't break the bank."
