Monster, Beats by Dr. Dre, Lady Gaga and (PRODUCT) RED have teamed up to create special edition Beats Solo HD heaphones. And for every sale, Monster will donate $5 to the Global Fund to help eliminate AIDS in Africa.
The over-ear headphones themselves support Monsters proprietary ControlTalk technology, which allows complete access to iPhone, iPod and, some, Blackberry functions, straight from the cable itself, and has an built-in microphone and answer button to make voice calls on the fly.
They have also been sonically designed to suit digital music specifically, making the most of MP3s and other compressed formats.
At an RRP of £169.95, there's a slight premium to the (PRODUCT) RED edition phones, but think of all the good you're doing... And they'll go with that nice red sweater your mum got you at Christmas.
