Ricoh unveils LENS P10 compact camera

Ricoh has announced that it's going to be releasing a camera bearing the confusing name of the Lens P10. It's one of Ricoh's modular GXR models, which let you swap out both the lens and the sensor in one.

This particular module includes a 10.7x optical zoom, 28 - 300mm wide angle lens and a sensor with the ability to capture RAW images at 5 frames per second. It can also manage 1280 x 720 pixel resolution high-definition movies, and a dynamic range double-shot function for capturing HDR images.

You can either buy the LENS P10 by itself, or get it with a GXR body included. The lens on its own will cost £250, but it's not yet clear exactly when it'll be available to buy. We'll keep you posted if we find out.
