UK gets Ceramic White Sony PSP

White version landing in stores next week

Sony has announced that it will be launching a Ceramic White PSP in Europe next week.

The new white console will go on sale in the UK on the 15 May 2006 and come equipped with special white accessories, including Headphones with Remote Control, Wrist Strap, Pouch and a 32MB Memory Stick Duo.

“We are delighted to be launching the Ceramic White PSP in Europe”, said Stephane Hareau, PSP Senior Brand Manager for SCEE.

Sony is hoping the introduction of the new coloured console, which ias identical in every way to the current black model except for the colour will spur sales.

“The sophistication and elegance of the Ceramic White PSP will encourage many more people to discover the unique entertainment experience of PSP," said Hareau.
