"Apple"-flavoured chocolates go down a treat

Gourmet iPhone app-style chocs are tasty in more ways than one

28 April 2010 12:36 GMT / By Rik Henderson

French chocolatier iChocolates has created a box of chocs that resemble an iPad or iPhone, with the assortment coming in the guise of apps.

Available via the company's Etsy online shop, the chocolates come in four flavours and use, what the firm describes as, " chocographics technology" to put the specially-designed icons onto each piece.

At $46.44 (approximately £30.50) a box - with shipping costs to the UK at $12.71 (£8.30) - they're not cheap, and they're currently sold out (only a US Mother's Day edition is available). But they're certainly cheaper than the $5,000 Gizmodo paid for its new iPhone. And the only trouble you'll get in is with your gym instructor.
