The third-person driving simulator – it’s a staple of the games market and for good reason. Some of the best titles in recent years have taken this format in one shape or another and so it’s no surprise that somebody has finally decided to recreate the distinctive viewpoint in real life.

This is all very clever, but I can’t help feeling they could have done so much more with it. I’m not suggesting they should have taken it to the streets, but I reckon it won’t be long before somebody does something a bit more ambitious using these founding principles.
