We dare you to watch the video and then not feel sorry for the poor robot called Peppy. 

Programmed to want what it can't have, the mean programmers have made it so that when Peppy gets the green balloon he wants the red one, and when he doesn't have the green balloon he isn't fussed with the red one. 

Sound familiar?
