Cheap phones are not to everyones' taste, but if you're one of those who'd prefer to keep their pride and joy safe at home with a warm blanket and some Ovaltine, then the Virgin Mobile Nokia 1661 could well do as a workhorse on nights out.
The phone is on sale from Tesco direct for £14.73, and no, we wouldn't call it exactly high-spec, as the stand-out feature appears to be its built-in FM radio, although that is something some smartphones can't boast. Its very decent battery life is also a big plus.
If you don't fancy a budget handset you might prefer to look at our new mobile phone comparison site, Pocket-lint mobiles, where you can find all the best deals on the latest handsets.
You can check out the Nokia 1661 via this link which will take you through to Tesco direct and we'll have more phone deals for you next week.
