A couple of remarkably short videos demonstrating the next version of Symbian have surfaced on the Web. While we've already seen the forthcoming version - Symbian^3 - this is the first we've seen of its successor.

If you lean your head to one side, you'll see that Symbian^4 bears a lot of similarities to Symbian^3, which already bears a lot of similarities to Android. There's the same homescreens, the same widgets, and the same focus on a "home" button. However, it's being stressed that this is a very early version of the platform and it could change dramatically before release.
