"Media Tank" comes to the UK

Popcorn Hour C-200 now available

Advanced MP3 Players has announced that it's now selling the oddly-named Popcorn Hour C-200 Media Tank. It's a media streamer, and an upgrade to the A-110 device previously offered by the company.

Among the improvements are a beefier processor, optional Blu-ray disc drive, and Gigabit Ethernet capabilities. It hooks up to your broadband, and can stream content from the Web, from your hard drive, or even from your digital camera if it's hooked up directly. It'll then aggregate all of that content into a central library. It can also act as a file server to send content elsewhere, too.

The Popcorn Hour C-200 costs £310 with a 500GB hard drive, or £440 with the optional Blu-ray drive. It's available now from Advanced MP3 Players.
