Jamie Oliver is to launch a cooking Podcast later this year to help solve your kitchen dilemmas.

Rather than tell you what he knows straight off, the celebrity chef is asking those in need to contact him via a dedicated telephone number leaving a short message with their cooking question.

The best messages will be answered by Jamie and recorded exclusively for the podcast. The first of these podcasts will be available from late summer.

Jamie will be giving answers, tips, recommendations and advice on a whole manner of culinary and kitchen related issues during the podcasts which can be downloaded and listened to at home, work, or via your computer, laptop or on your MP3 player.

Jamie says: "If your soufflé won’t rise, if your meringue won’t peak or if your Yorkshire puds are flat - let us know and your query might be in with a chance of making it on to the show. We'll only use the very best (and funniest) messages - so get calling now!"

Potential Podcast participants can call the hotline: +44 (0)207 043 8223 – calls will be charged at the normal rate – from wherever in the world. There is a 30 second time limit on each message and those selected will be used within the Podcasts.
