Vodafone Sony Ericsson X10 hits UK in April

Vodafone has confirmed that it will be bringing the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 to the UK in April, 2 months later than previously expected.

The new handset, which we first saw back in the summer last year, will feature the Android OS and be the company's first foray into Google's operating system.

In November we reported that the "X10 was getting a Q1 launch" with an "expected launch - Feb '10."

The touchscreen X10 offers a 4-inch display, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, an 8-megapixel camera, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and Sony Ericsson's new Mediascape and Timescape applications.
