Sony has just announced the launch of its new E series, joining the line-up of models for 2010. We got our hands on the new machine and shot off a quick gallery for you.
The new VAIO E series comes in and replaces the NW series. Like the NW, the new E series will offer a quick boot option to get you online in 15 seconds, rather than going through the full Windows startup process.
Offering a 15.5-inch display, you get one of those great Sony isolated keyboards that's becoming the hallmark of VAIO laptops, with the addition of a number pad on the right-hand side and a Blu-ray drive on the top model.
Sony will be offering Intel Core i5 and i7 versions of the E series, pictured here in white and silver with a lovely subtle glittery finish in the white plastic deck.
