While we were hoping for at the very least a new handset, it seems Nokia's launch for today that we brought you news of last week, is just a smaller capacity version of its existing X6.
The 16GB X6 "has all the stunning features of the 32GB", says Nokia, but will obviously cost less, priced at £299 SIM-free direct from Nokia compared to £449 for the larger capacity version.
The X6 16GB will be available to pre-order from Nokia's online shop from Wednesday 27 January and will also be available from major UK operators and retailers from 24 February 2010 on tariffs from £25 per month.
Nokia says the X3 is also available to pre-order now from www.nokia.co.uk/shop at £129.
