Samsung has announced new models into its R-Series range of notebooks with a plethora of new devices - the R780, R580, R730, R530 and R430.
Ranging from 17.3 inches for the R780 and R730, 15.6 inches for the R580 and R530 and 14 inches for the R430, all models offer 16:9 ratio HD LED displays and boast Samsung's "Touch of Color" crystal finish.
The R780 and R580 get powerful Intel Core i5-520M processors and a numeric keypad, while the R780, R580 and R480 offer a USB sleep-and-charge port.
The higher end models will get Nvidia GeForce graphics with the option of a Blu-ray drive, a 500GB hard drive and a 1.3MP webcam.
"The Samsung R-Series notebooks are the complete all-rounders of the computing world – offering outstanding mobile performance and entertainment in a distinctive Touch of Color and durable design", said Phil Brown, general manager of Samsung's UK notebook division.
"With their advanced graphics, multimedia capabilities and large hard drives the new R-Series notebooks are designed to satisfy the demand of today's consumers for systems that play incredible HD games and movies".
The Samsung R-Series will be available in the UK in January, with pricing and spec TBC.
