Cowon has just announced that its E2 MP3 player is now available in the UK, which is described as a "stylish pocket-sized MP3 player to blow away the iPod Shuffle".

The music player comes in a variety of colours and boasts all the musical features of the larger Cowon players including the BBE+ sound.

The company states the BBE+ tech was, "created by Cowon to give the best sound to your favourite MP3 music, BBE+ is an essential musical addition that brings out optimum detail in all music".

Music formats include MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG and FLAC, whilst playback time is said to be around the 11-hour mark.

Available in 2GB and 4GB capacities, although pricing is slated as being £34.99 and £44.99 respectively - Advanced mp3 players.co.uk is selling the 2GB for £29.99 and the 4GB at £34.99.
