Swedish developer Zoink Games has come up with a creative way of using the Wiimote in a game for Nintendo's console called Wiiwaa. You insert it orally into a large orange stuffed monster, and throw it about.

Feel free to go and read that last sentence again. It's aimed at kids, but we can see this being a lot of fun after a drink or two, as well. It's not clear when it's out, but the demo looks like it's reasonably far into development, so it might not be long.
