Daily Tech Deal: Roberts CR9971 radio alarm under £20

Money saving deals offers and innovations

Going back to work after the Christmas break can be tough, with one of the trickiest aspects perhaps being hauling yourself out of bed in the morning.

Not that this will make it any less painful, but the Roberts CR9971 alarm clock is on sale for £19.61 at Amazon.

The radio gets an instant time set, auto summer/winter time function, MW/FM wavebands, auto dimmer and wait for it - a snooze feature.

Yes, the functions are basic but for under £20 it seems like a bargain and with radio alarms often not being looked upon favourably, especially at 6.00 in the morning, it's perhaps not something you would want to spend huge amounts of cash on anyway.
