Evesham turns to TMC with latest BM6300-TMC sat nav system

Evesham and Destinator has launched a new satellite navigation system - the Evesham Bluemedia BM6300-TMC that promises to re-route you on the go around traffic and major snarl-ups.

The new system, costing £399.99 the new device will offer a 3.5-inch LCD screen and like the majority of new devices from manufacturers such as Navman, Sony and Garmin, Traffic Message Channel (TMC) compatibility.

Software is provided in the form of the Destinator ND 5.5 software, and includes visual and audible speed camera alerts, which are free for 6 months.

It comes loaded with Navteq Q3 2005 maps for the UK and Ireland, though European countries can also be added.

The BM6300 is also available without TMC functionality, retailing at £299.99. (Includes full seven digit postcode search, speed camera alerts and Destinator 5.5 software as standard.)
