Shortly after a full UI walkthrough of the Nexus One appeared on the Web, we now have what purports to be a full specs list for the handset, as sent to Engadget.
You can see the whole lot by clicking the images tab, but of note is that it'll be packing Android 2.1, it'll be 11.5mm thick (compare that to the iPhone's chubby 12.3mm), it has a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, 1GHz processor, 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi and a 3.7-inch OLED display.
We also now know that it'll come with a 4GB SD card, 512MB of on-board storage, and the ability to cope with upto 32GB more storage. It'll weigh just 100g without battery, and have a teflon-coated back cover.
Also of note is that the gadget may initially only be available "by invitation only", with perhaps just developers getting access to the handset. In time, that may be opened up wider, but anything else on that front is pure speculation at this stage.
More as we get it.
