In the States Belkin has announced the launch of the new Belkin Bluetooth Music Receiver that lets users wirelessly listen to the music from their iPhone or iPod touch on their home stereo system.

"It frees you up from being tied down to docks and wires", says Belkin "and puts total control of your device in your hand so you can change tracks without ever getting up from your couch".

The receiver connects to the home stereo system with the included cables, and then can be paired to a device to listen and control your music from up to 33 feet away.

The Bluetooth Music Receiver can remember up to six paired devices and although angled as an iPhone accessory, it's Bluetooth 2.0 tech means it's compatible with all devices enabled with A2DP stereo Bluetooth.

Available now in the States for $50, it's due to Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia in March 2010.
