Broadcasters are trying everything they can to make TV more exciting, but this has to be one of the first times a presenter has used an Xbox 360 to show analysis footage from a "football" game in America.

Strangely Mike Pereira, VP of NFL Officiating, only uses the controller for slow motion fastforward and rewinding through the clips of a tough call from a recent game.

Perhaps he was caught playing Madden Arcade or the full version before filming and had to make a quick decision.
