Countdown to Christmas: Up to 50% off GPS at Halfords

Deals and gift ideas from around the Web

Having just done a full review of the TomTom Start satnav here on Pocket-lint, when we saw it on offer at Halfords - now at £89.99 down from its previous price of £99.99 - we thought it was probably worth a mention.

It is available from Amazon for £89.30, but for the sake of a few pence you can reserve and collect in store and get a Halfords bod to show you how it works and fit it for free - a nice touch if you're new to the world of satnavs. Alternatively, if it's for a present, you can get Halfords to deliver it to you for free.

The TomTom Start offers simplified menus, IQ routes, Map Share and a 3.5-inch display, as well as the option of pimping it with a range of coloured skins. The deal is part of a pre-Christmas sale going on at Halfords where it is offering up to 50% off certain GPS devices, so if you don't fancy the TomTom Start then it's worth scouring around for other offers on the site.

Follow this link to take a look at the offer and you can get the full low down on the TomTom Start by reading our full review.
