Nintendo offers pink and blue Wiimotes

While the UK and Europe are still left very much hanging as far as pastel-hued Nintendo Wii controllers go, Americans are now sorted.

Over in America-land, Nintendo will launch pale pink and pale blue Wiimotes on none other than Valentine's Day (ahh).

From 14 February, the Wii's controller will be available in pink or blue and will be bundled with a Wii MotionPlus accessory.

Thanks to the recent launch of the black controller, and the as-standard white, Nintendo says "now every player in four-player matches can have his or her own colour". Thank goodness.
