Vax launches Vax LiFE unplugged vacuum

UK's "most advanced" cordless upright

7 December 2009 15:03 GMT / By Duncan Geere

Vax, the company behind the high-scoring Mach Air, has announced a new vacuum cleaner, the Vax LiFE unplugged.

It's a upright model, lending a decidedly retro quality to proceedings, and the device also has a Lithium-ion battery which VAX claims will not lose suction as the battery drains until it's completely out of juice. It uses a "WindTunnel" technology to lift the dirt.

The bagless Vax LiFE costs £200 and comes with a 6-year guarantee and access to a UK-based helpline open seven days a week. It's available now, and if you'd like to ogle its curves before you buy, Vax has a 360 degree view available on its website.
