Gboard launches for Gmail users

Offering "19 Gmail finger-friendly buttons"

Gboard launches for Gmail users

4 December 2009 16:20 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

We've seen some niche products in our time but this takes the biscuit - an American company is offering a numeric-style keyboard add-on accessory just for Gmail users.

The "Gboard" USB gadget works with both up-to-date Apple Macs and Windows-based PCs and offers a wealth of short-cut commands pre-programmed into the buttons for the webmail service.

Not officially endorsed by Google, priced at $19.99 it's not extortionately expensive, but it's sure as heck more expensive than shift-c-ing.
