Virgin Media adds BlackBerry Curve 8520

Smartphone available from £20 per month

Virgin Media has announced it has added the BlackBerry Curve 8520 to its range of pay monthly handsets, a BlackBerry first for the operator in the UK.

With a QWERTY keyboard, the Curve 8520 offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone jack, multimedia player, 2-megapixel camera and an optical "trackpad" controller.

Available on a range of tariffs, all tariffs include fair usage of 1GB per month data as well as BlackBerry email access with a fair usage policy of 25MB a day and up to 3000 minutes a month of free calls to other Virgin Media phones.
 
2-year contracts are priced at £20, £25, £30 and £35 per month with inclusive minutes rising as the price goes up while 18-month contracts are priced from £25 to £40.
